5Love these , I have always been bad at growing my nails and these have made a big difference to my nails and skin , currently into my second bottle Goes Well With:Take as they are , or I empty my capsules into my porridge or shake .

5Since taking these my skins looks and feels firmer. Skin glows. And I been told my doctors that it can help with elasticity with internal organs. Great product that I cannot do without. Goes Well With:Take with vitamin D,C magnesium and b vitamins

Strong All Round
5I have been using this product for over a year now....I recommend to family & friends. I have noticed a big change in my nail strength...I used to always suffer with cracked & broken nails. Since starting the Coconut & Collagen my nails have been so strong & healthy.
