5I was a big suffer with cramps since adding these in with my daily sups all from MP this is no longer the case Goes Well With:Daily multi vits zinc and magnesium Bcaa’s vitamin b essential omegas

Pointless
1They are 15% daily Potassium per 3 tablets, its almost meaningless and I only bought them as I misread and thought it was 15% per tablet

2Very low dose, need to take a lot of tablets for any effect, be easier to just have a banana

Good quality
5I take potassium supplements due to being asthmatic as my inhalers lower my potassium levels,and have tried others from other supplies but these are the best and definitely work as I have blood tests to prove it

Handy
5Far more convenient than the coconut water, pomegranate juice and bananas I was having to have to top up my potassium to help with workout recovery! Goes Well With:Tabs so not relavent

5Very helpful post workout. Was beginning to feel some negative effects after a long cardio session no matter how much I drank but definitely feel the difference with this. Great product! Goes Well With:Whey isolate.
