Helps to have an improved eyesight
I only take vitamin A as an addition to my vitamins (and I know it has some beneficial effects on the skin). It's cheap so I just regularly take them without tracking any improvements. But the last time I had my eye check-up (I have astigmatism), my eye grade improved. I don't know if it's because of this vitamin or the eyeglass I had before check-up. For sure, this is working. I can't live without this anymore.
