These really help if you're a migraine sufferer. I've done enough research and found that three of these a day will do the trick in helping prevent migraines that along side of any other prescribed preventers and cutting out on the triggers. Defintiely recommend.Goes Well With:Electrolyte plus, vitamin b and cod liver oil.

Small unassuming tablets
Too many variables and too early to comment on effectiveness, but they're super easy to swallow - very small tablets. No bad taste. They are so tiny I counted mine to check there were 90 - and there were! So don't worry, they're just small.Goes Well With:A red dress and Antonio banderas

The supplement is great i read in one book thats is helping with PCOS and now i definitely sure it doe's help becouse regulating my period ! Im so happy hopefully one day I'll be pregnant.
