Not great
2Moved over to this after regularly buying the ‘meal replacement blend’, which I quite enjoyed. Felt this may be a more balanced option but really disappointing, very thick, doesnt mix well, very ‘oaty’ texture and doesnt really taste very nice. I have been persevering but think I am going to have to bin the rest of it. Myprotein service has always been great but unfortunately this product does not live up to expectations for me.

A great start to the day
4I bought this with several things in mind. I'm tracking my macros for weight loss and I needed something quick and easy for breakfast, that I could have on the go. I chose the coffee flavour. It is thick (which I like) and VERY filling so stops the mid morning cravings. Conscious of the "grainy" comments on previous reviews, I confess to blending it in my Ninja and I added some flavdrops too. No complaints here but I might try adding a shot of espresso to increase the coffee flavour. Too early to comment on its effectiveness, but this will be a regular purchase.Goes Well With:Water, Flavdrops

Actually pretty good!
5Having this has actually made me feel more energetic, it fills you up well, I’m not a fan of drinks for a meal but it stops you eating rubbish when you’ve not eaten for a while! Grab it and drink!! Think of it as porridge! Fills you up and takes that hunger away. Goes Well With:Between meals to stop you eating pointless snacks.

Utter Let Down
1Bought this to try for myself and my partner for those days when making something in the morning is a burden. Unfortunately, the texture of the product, even after a long shake, is very bitty and grainy. The taste is off putting and to be fair, was bad enough to get rid of my hunger craving. Afraid the one sip I took was enough for me to pour the shaker contents down the drain. I think it’s a great idea but the execution is to be further desired.Goes Well With:Disappointment.

First impressions
5I was a little Sceptical about mixing it with water and thought the consistency wouldn’t be very thick, I was wrong. I added the recommended 4 scoops to the water in a blender bottle and gave it a good shake. It mixed perfectly with no lumps and was a lot thicker than I expected and tasted pretty good (chocolate flavour). I had it for breakfast and It kept me from feeling hungry up until lunchtime. Going to try mixing it with chilled water next as I think it will taste really good cold! Goes Well With:Water

Great Product For Breakfast
5Just given BeNu a chance as often I don't have the chance to make breakfast early in the morning. The chocolate flavour tastes great and is so easy for me at silly o'clock when I need to shoot off!

It’s okay.
4Bought the chocolate flavour. First couple of servings gave a really poor mixture, a grainy, bitty texture, using the smart shaker. It mixed much better with a blender but still couldn’t get rid of that slight grainy residue. It’s creamier than I thought, even with water. The taste is okay, not quite as desserty/indulgent as normal protein shakes. Good macro balance, 400kcal per serving so I’m getting 1200 kcal a day on 3 servings. Couldn’t say if it’s having a positive effect on me as I’ve only been taking them for a few days, but they do feel me up and I have found myself eating less. Great if you’re on a hard calorie deficit or even needing extra calories at the end of the day.Goes Well With:Water, as per instructions. Would work with a milk alternative like almond.

Avoid vanilla
3The product itself isn't too bad, good quality shake and content, but the vanilla flavour isn't particularly palatable. Not sure whether the choc or others are much better but I definitely found myself struggling without mixing in other flavours. Goes Well With:Oat milk ; coconut milk

AMMMAAAZZZINGGG
5I don’t normally write reviews but I had to with this one. The vanilla is incredible. I’m not one who likes powder and water, but this tastes great. And for someone who has to work early, and doesn’t get time to eat in the morning - this literally keeps me full until I can have lunch. Highly recommend

Cake cake cake
4First time purchasing this product. Didn’t mix well in the shaker so was very bitty but drinkable. Second time mixed in the blender and a lot smoother. If you like cake mix you will like this as it rates just like it 😋 Only second time meal serving so not sure about any benefits as yet but fingers crossed. Goes Well With:Water
