1 scoop not 2!
5Definitely only use 1 scoop - 2 is absolutely not necessary and doesn’t taste nice at all…. However with 1 scoop I was really pleasantly surprised! It’s super smooth and creamy no gritty texture and genuinely kept me feeling really full… looking forward to seeing if this can help me with my weight loss goals and keen to try the other flavoursGoes Well With:Fitting in to my favourite clothes again!

Meal Replacement Blend
4Brought this in an effort to cut whilst still keeping my protein intake high. The flavour is great, easy to mix and great tasting. Didn’t feel bloated afterwards but really kept the hunger at bay and has been an easy transition to have one of these shakes for lunch rather than a sandwich. would recommend.

Tasty and efficient
4I brought this in Chocolate, Banana and strawberry and whilst I would say my favourite flavour is strawberry, they all taste pretty decent. I have these for lunch as a quick on the go meal when at work which is full of good nutrients instead of snacking of the wrong foods and it keeps me full until dinner in the evening.Goes Well With:Water

Very tasty, but 1 scoop per serving.
3I should have read the reviews before trying this product. According to my kitchen scales, one scoop is 45 grams, but the product description on the site says a serving of 51 grams is two scoops. This discrepancy explains why I felt so full. I was actually consuming nearly double the serving size without realising it. Not very helpful when you're trying to lose weight. However, the calorie intake is comparable to having porridge and a whey shake, but this product is more convenient.

Avoid this flavour
3Been using these shakes for a couple of months now and seeing great results. Initial order was for the 2.5kg salted caramel which I cannot find on the site anymore so this time tried the 3 flavours in the 500g size. The chocolate flavour tastes awful, the other two are great but I'd avoid this one.

The smoothest shakes!
5I had tried a meal replacement shake from another brand and it was so powdery, but with the My Protein shakes I never have an issue! They mix so well and the flavours are tasty - I got the vanilla one! This really did keep me fuller for longer and I loved the consistency of the shake. Can’t wait to try more flavours!
